HOW TO SEARCH FOR NECESSARY INFORMATION IN CANADA
The government of Canada contributed to the release of a special reference book called “Welcome to Canada”, which enables new immigrants to get necessary information about life in Canada. It contains telephones and addresses of state services, religious and public organizations. This reference book gives answers to many questions, such as: “How to find a job quickly?” “Where to get help for immigrants?”, “What language program to choose?” The guide may be taken in one of the CIC offices.
There is also another reference book, called “Finding Help in Your Community”. It is perfect for immigrants, as it contains addresses and telephone numbers of all services that are helping new immigrants in Canada. The “Language Training” reference book includes detailed information on languages programs and exams. It also contains information on available state, federal, provincial and municipal programs.
