TESL PROGRAM – TEACH ENGLISH
It has been for quite a long time that TESL program, which is designed for people who want to work as teachers of English in many countries around the world, is being successfully practiced in Canada. Studying language grammar, writing and conversation teaching methods not only allows to get knowledge about the basics of teaching, but also to receive the TESL international certificate, confirming the high level of professionalism.
Individuals wishing to enroll in the program must meet certain requirements. Firstly, to hold a bachelor’s degree diploma. Secondly, to have a sufficient level of English, certified by TOEFL or equivalent test. The applicant must be at least 20 years old.
The program includes both theoretical (which will improve communicative method teaching skills) and practical part (which will enable to practice previously learned skills by teaching English). In order to complete the program successfully, students have to pass a special test called the Scholastic Level Exam. After receiving the certificate, students have the opportunity to apply for the next level of TESL training.
